Trace: Draw to the BeatTerms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile game Trace: Draw to the Beat ("Trace") from Frugal Founder. By playing, you agree to them. If you download Trace from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Using Trace
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Trace for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, cheat or interfere with it, or use it in a way that breaks the law. You should be at least 13 years old to play.
Purchases
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It removes ads between levels and makes revives free. It can be restored on another device with the same App Store or Google Play account.
- Continues are used up when you spend them. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
Watching a video for a continue is limited to 5 times a day. Videos are not always available.
Content
The game, its music and its code belong to Frugal Founder. Pictures are based on Twemoji by Twitter, Inc. and other contributors, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Your account
Your progress is saved to an anonymous account. You can clear your progress or delete your account at any time in the game. We may reset an account that was used to cheat or abuse the game.
No warranty
Trace is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Frugal Founder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game.
Changes
We may update the game and these terms. If the terms change materially, we will show it in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
