Delete your account

You can delete your Trace account and all its data at any time.

In the game (instant)

1. Open Trace and tap the gear icon on the home screen.
2. Scroll to Your data and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You need an internet connection.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email vd@frugalfounder.in with the subject "Delete my Trace account" and your player ID if you have it (Settings → Account → Player ID). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your anonymous account and its user ID,
• your player name,
• your progress, results, achievements, badges, statistics and continues saved in the cloud.

Nothing is kept afterwards, except where the law requires it. Purchases stay with your App Store or Google Play account, so Remove Ads can still be restored. Continues you had are lost.

To keep your account but start over, use Clear progress in the same place instead.
